The Palestinian Association for Care and Development Organizes a Recreational and Psychological Relief Day for Persons with Disabilities in Beit ‘Ur al-Tahta

As part of its ongoing efforts to support the psychological and social well-being of persons with disabilities, the Palestinian Association for Care and Development organized a psychological relief and free activity day, for a group of its program participants with disabilities. The event took place in the scenic forest area of “Jowana” in Beit ‘Ur al-Tahta, west of Ramallah.

The event featured a variety of recreational and physical activities aimed at enhancing emotional well-being and encouraging social interaction among the participants. Interactive outdoor sessions were held to help reduce stress and stimulate positive feelings, all within a safe and supportive environment under the supervision of a team of specialists.

Participants and their families expressed great joy and appreciation for this special day, highlighting the importance of such initiatives in improving quality of life and promoting social inclusion.

The association is committed to organizing similar events regularly, as part of its comprehensive rehabilitation and care plan for people with disabilities, recognizing the vital role of mental health in the overall rehabilitation process.
