Emergency Response Committee – Youth Serving Their Community
In light of the recurring humanitarian and health challenges faced by Al-Amari Refugee Camp, the Palestinian Association for Care and Development established a Youth-Led Emergency Response Committee, composed of committed volunteers from within the camp. The committee was created to provide rapid and effective responses during times of crisis, particularly for vulnerable groups such as people with disabilities.
Message Behind the Initiative
We believe in the power of youth to lead change—and that true solidarity shines brightly in times of crisis. The Emergency Committee reflects the association’s spirit on the ground: humanitarian work, courage, and community responsibility.
