A journey toward better communication… step by step
The Speech and Hearing Therapy Department at the Palestinian Association for Care and Development is a specialized unit that offers comprehensive services for the diagnosis and treatment of speech, language, voice, and hearing disorders for children and adults alike.
The department is staffed by a team of qualified and experienced specialists who conduct individualized and group therapy sessions tailored to each case, aiming to develop communication skills and enhance patients’ ability to interact with their surroundings.
The Sensory Room… A Stimulating World for Sensory Integration
The department features a modern, fully-equipped sensory room—an effective therapeutic tool designed to support children with sensory integration challenges, including those with autism spectrum disorders and learning difficulties. This safe and stimulating environment helps to activate the senses and improve focus and attention, contributing to better treatment response and the holistic development of the child on cognitive, emotional, and behavioral levels.
Our Therapeutic Vision
At the Speech and Hearing Therapy Department, we are committed to delivering comprehensive care based on:
The use of state-of-the-art equipment and techniques in assessment and treatment.
Actively involving families in every stage of the therapy process to ensure optimal outcomes.
Continuous monitoring and regular evaluation of each individual’s progress.
Together Toward Better Communication
We believe that the ability to communicate and express oneself is a vital key to inclusion and success in life. That’s why we work each day to ensure that every child or person with speech or hearing difficulties has a real opportunity to grow—and a voice that’s heard in society.
