As part of its ongoing efforts to support women and promote mental well-being, the Palestinian Association for Care and Development, in cooperation with the Working Women’s Association for Development, organized an awareness session combined with a psychosocial support (emotional relief) session targeting a group of women in Al-Amari Camp.
The session aimed to provide a safe space for women to express their feelings and challenges in light of difficult circumstances, while raising awareness about the importance of mental health and effective coping strategies. It also included interactive activities that encouraged participants to share experiences and express themselves in a supportive environment.
The session was well received by participants, who highlighted the importance of such initiatives in reducing stress and strengthening a sense of community support.
