Ongoing Giving Since 1995 to Support the Needy During Ramadan
Established in 1995, the Tkiyeh of Al-Amari Camp is a humanitarian initiative aimed at providing hot meals to those in need—especially orphans and low-income families—during the holy month of Ramadan.
The kitchen began by serving around 100 beneficiaries daily and has grown to serve 550 hot meals each day this year, reflecting the increasing need in the community despite the limited resources and funding.
Operated with a spirit of volunteerism and deep community commitment, the Tkiyeh has become a symbol of compassion and solidarity in the camp, reinforcing values of mutual aid and mercy during the blessed month.
